This place sucks. Their business model is predicated on contractually binding business owners interested in selling with the promise of marketing the business and finding viable buyers. In reality they do nothing more than wait out the process and then aggessively pursue theit un-earned commission through litigation. Do not make it worse - stay away - very far away from these blood suckers.
