Provided by YP.comYep, I agree with Janet! They never try to accommodate! They asked if I could ever bring it in at 8 AM, so I took off work to do so and they tell me they don't have time. An alignment only takes 20 min. or 30 min. , but they didn't have time. So, I took it right over to Firestone and not only did they have time, but they also honored my Groupon coupon!!! I'm a new fan of Firestone!!!
