The most organized thrift store I have ever seen!! There's always a new variety of things to look at and the clothes here are surprisingly nice

Would give 0 stars,employees walked in on my wife while she was half dressed then got a attitude with her didnt offer any apology and told her to leave the store. We will not be going back

prices are insane!!! occasionally you can find a nice item that somehow slipped there 10.00 minimum rules on clothing. even walmart brand shirts are 9.99!

If I could rate this joke of a store a 0 I would. I went in looking for a side table and when I found one that I wanted it didn't have a price label on it. When I asked the supervisor how much it was she informed me that because it didn't have a price on it, I couldn't ppurchase it. I work in retail myself and it is very poor business practice to deny a customer a purchase. If something is on the sales floor, it is for sale. Furthermore, the sales person then refused to provide me with her supervisors contact information insisting that she was the boss, although this particular store is not privately owned.

This store has a policy where they sell all items with a certain price tag color for 99 cents. The price tag color that is 99 cents is the same all week long. Then each Monday the price tag color that is 99 cents changes to a different color. One week it may be all of the red price tags, the next week it may be all green price tags, etc. The store has about six different colors in which they rotate each week. This is suppose to be a way they reduce their oldest donations at a cheap price. There is a display on a counter in the store showing what tag color is 99 cents for the current week. This is a great idea if the store was honest but today I caught them doing something I consider under handed. I have been watching a dress that I wanted to buy but felt the price was too high. For about a month I would stopped by each Monday at this store on my way to work to see if the new week was all green tags for 99 cents because the dress I wanted had a green tag on it (and also that it had not sold yet). I was so happy when I discovered that this week was all green tags were 99 cents. I went to see if the dress was still there. I was so thrilled to see that it was. Then I went to check out the tag and it was missing. I knew that this was not good because most thrift stores will not sell anything without a tag. I, however, had to try so I took it up to the register and was told that a store employee removed the tag and it was suppose to be taken to the back storage area because they were not going to sell it for 99 cents even though the day before (when the 99 cent price tag color was red) it did have a green tag on it. I was informed that they were going to send it to another store to see if it will sell there. I told them that their color price tags for 99 cents is a scam if all they do is remove the items that have the correct color price tags that would sell for 99 cents. They said they could do this because they are nonprofit. I left very unhappy to say the least.

I think this store has a lot of nice things. They also have a lot of name brand items. I would much rather pay Thrift World prices then go to the mall and purchase those items at full price! The last time I checked they were working on sizing the clothes to make it easier for the customers! And they have been running sales on colored tags. I was also told by a manager that they are trying to start a senior citizens day! I will go back! :)

This store is very unorganized and pricey. They do have some high end stuff I wouldn't mine paying for but I don't want to waste time trying to find stuff. If they organized it better they may be able to turn product better. I would go again if I had more time to sort.

I WISH WE COULD RATE THIS STORE 0 OR NEGATIVE STARS. THE STORE SHOULD BE CALLED SCAMWORLD OR RIP-OFF CITY. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SELL ITEMS THAT ARE BROKEN THEN REFUSE TO GIVE REFUNDS...THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER STORE CREDIT. THERE ARE OVER 12 THRIFT STORES WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF THEM AND THEY ARE THE ONLY STORE THAT DOESNT AT THE VERY LEAST OFFER STORE CREDIT. THEY ALLOW YOU TO PLUG THE ITEMS IN, BUT ALL THEY TOLD ME IS THAT IT TURNED ON, HOWEVER IT DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. I PURCHASED A SET OF 12 GLASSES AT FRUGALS THRIFT FOR $5. SCAMWORLD HAS THE SAME GLASSES FOR $2.98 EACH!!! THEY HAVE AN IRON MARKED $40.00 SAME ONE WAS ON SALE AT BIGLOTS FOR $25 THEY HAD A PAIR OF RUBBER FLIP FLOPS MARKED $50.00 BECAUSE THEY HAD CRYSTAL GEMS ON THEM (THEY'LL FALL OFF WHEN YOU WEAR THEM) ,THEY HAD SEVERAL SHIRTS MARKED $25, $50 OR MORE I EVEN SAW ONE SHIRT MARKED $100.00. I REALLY DON'T CARE WHAT THE ORIGINAL PRICE WAS THE STORE IS "SUPPOSED" TO BE A THRIFT STORE. I SAW ANOTHER STORE WITH A TAG ORIGINALLY MARKED $225 AND THEIRS WAS FAIRLY PRICED AT 19.99 ,DONT THEY DO REARCH OR DO THEY PLAY RUSSIAN ROULLETTE WITH THE PRICING GUN? I HEARD SEVERAL CUSTOMERS SAY THEY WON'T COME BACK UNITL THE CLOTHES ARE IN SIZE ORDER. YOU'LL SPEND WEEKS TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING YOU LIKE, THAT IS REASONABLLY PRICE, AND IN YOUR SIZE. THOSE OTHER STORES ARE 100 PERCENT NOT FOR PROFIT (THATS WHY YOU DONT GET CHARGED TAX) SCAMWORLD/ RIP-OFF CITY CHARGES TAX WHICH MEANS ONLY A SMALL PORTION IS FOR CHARITY THE REST OF THE PROFITS GO TO LINE THE FATCAT OWNER'S POCKETS. THEY WOULN'T SAY HOW MUCH OF THE MONEY SCAMWORLD BRINGS IN GOES TO BENIFIT CHARITY ALTHOUGH BY LAW THEY HAVE TO. YOU'D THINK FORTUNE THEY CHARGE THEY COULD PAY MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE TO WORK.I WALKED OUT OF THERE WITH MY BROKEN...I GUESS I SHOULD CALL IT MY $30.. PAPERWEIGHT. THE OWNER I THINK I HEARD THE OTHER EMPLOYEES CALL HER DI WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SHE JUST SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS AND WALKED AWAY. THE MANAGER, SOME MEXICAN GIRL WHO LOOKS LIKE SHE ROLLED OUT OF BED THREW ON SOME WRINKLED CLOTHES AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO BRUSH HER HAIR OR TEETH, LET ALONE PUT ON SOME MAKE-UP WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH WHATEVER SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT BEFORE I CAME UP TO HER TO BOTHER WITH ME. I GUESS THE BEST I CAN SAY HAPPENED WAS 4 PEOPLE WENT THROUGH THE LINE WHILE I WAS THERE AND NOT 1 PERSON SPENT MORE THAN $6.00 I'M SURE BECAUSE THEY AGREED THE PRICES WERE RIDCULOUS ****OH AND THEY DON'T HAVE DISCOUNT TAGS, SALE DAYS, OR EVEN OFFER SENIOR DISCOUNTS *****

The prices are INSANE. The general quality of the items is pretty mediocre, and the hugely inflated prices are INSULTING. Also, store policies are not user friendly. All the other major thrift stores in the area accept exchanges - this one doesn't. It's just no fun to shop here. I probably won't go back, and I'm a thrift store junkie!!!

p.s. $150.00 for a coffee maker at the THRIFT STORE?!? GET REAL!!!!!!

The prices are high.

The clothes are NOT in order of size. all the shirts are together, all the shorts, etc., you have to do a lot of digging, since they are expensive I wont take the time to look thru the clothes.

The kids books are a good buy though!! 3/98 cents!

They are too expensive for a thrift store.
