Sobriety checkpoints aren't constitutional!!

My wife and I and our 15 month old and our ten week old sons were forced into a sobriety checkpoint at 291&cement city rd. this past weekend taking my oldest son to the hospital. I hadn't been drinking, but I forgot my license. I was given a ticket w a court date. I called sugar creek and they said it was something I could be jailed for!! They also said it was up to a $500 fine! Haven't been to court yet for the ticket, but I was not drinking and driving and their checkpoint was aimed at drunk driving. It's unconstitutional to stop everyone in search of one. Small cities should not be able to break the law of the land to keep themselves running. That's what the mob does.
