My home and I love it, it's quiet an I have great neighbors
great price for this kind of living

The location is the only good thing. They cashed the rent check and 2 weeks later put a note on my door saying pay or get out in 3 days. They never called me just put a note on my door so my neighbors can see and think i don't pay my rent when the slumlords already cashed the check! New owners suck and no maintenence. I'm still waiting for a screen on window, 3 months now! Run!

LOVE IT HERE! I haven't had any issues with my neighbors and staff is always helpful.

I have lived here 5 years and I haven't had any trouble. I know the place had a past but, it's been cleaned up and last summer they did new windows, new balcony doors, rebuilt deck, put on new siding. I think it's looking great.

I was reading the reviews and had to give my opinion. I ask for things and they get done. The manager is the sweetest and I bet those people with issues brought things upon themselves! Shes helped me and worked with me and I can't believe others have experienced different. I love that they are moving towards smoke free and pet free.

Completely awful. The manager is a witch and continously threatens our home and family for no justified reason. The apartments are old and awful smelling as well as dingy with poor care and disrepair. The manager refuses to help out anyone who requests help and it costs our family thousands trying to fix what maintenance and her would not. Extra fees for pets and unfriendly neighbors. Yes it's cheap, but not worth the price or time.
