No company is perfect, what is important is response and customer service. I've always had great customer service and they are considerate of our doggies in the backyard. Communication goes two ways and Nichole does a fantastic job of letting me know when to expect service.

I have had them do my Christmas lights for 3 years. It has been wonderful dealing with them. They take of storage - put up and take down.

Royal Lawn Care provides top notch service. From lawn care maintenance, mowing, fall yard cleanup to help with landscaping, I’ve been more than pleased with the quality of work and also the communication with office staff. If you need a company to trust and you’re as busy as I am with work and family, you can put your trust in the reliability and performance in Royal Lawn Care.

Royal Lawn Care has been at my senior community off and on for 3 years, anytime a change in Maint crew, they always brought on their own vendors. Never fails though, we always go right back to Royal. Their work is exceptional and their prices are competitive. Andrew has always addressed any issues promptly and resolves them if and when any arise.

The Royal Lawn team do a great job! I call them the "lawn fairies" The show up do their job and move on. Payment is easy through their online system. Also with their website I can ask a question and receive a prompt response.

You’ll find most contractors claim to be specialists in all facets of lawn and landscape to get your business, but in reality, they’re really just qualified and experienced in a few areas. Royal, however, can truly be deemed experts throughout the full circumference of lawn and landscape.
Quality of service and basic knowledge is important, but in 2018, the deciding factor is convenience. Andrew’s business model allows me to adjust services as needed, schedule sprinkler services around my schedule, and I can easily login to their website to manage my payment information.

If you’ve never considered hiring a lawn service because you see it as an extra expense, Royals plans are very affordable. The one thing you can’t buy is time. But you can save it by hiring these guys.

Every week or two they show up and get the job done. Most of the time I never see them, the only way I can tell they have been there is by the freshly cut smell of grass.

They have also done a fence line clearing for me, and did an amazing job with something that had gotten out of control.

I switched to Royal Lawn last year and could not be happier. They have an easy system to use to request service since I do not need my lawn done every week. They do a fantastic job and are super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them. szizza

No showed twice for the first appointment. No idea if they plan on honoring their agreement. Gave my card info on the first call too, which seems like a bad idea in hind sight.

Out of the many providers I have worked with over the years Royal Lawn is by far the most responsive and economical
