I set an appointment, checked in and waited for them to change my oil. 25 minutes later they came in and informed me they could not do this, my motor was ticking. I said yes it does, my lifters chatter, no problem with the motor. Change my oil and the noise goes away. They said no and I had to leave, what a waste of time. Don't go to this rinky dink shop, they are stupid. Go to Valvoline, they do a marvelous job and do it in a timely manner.

Extremely unprofessional. Did not keep my appointment I made 3 days out and confirmed the day of to install 4 tires. Forgot to balance my tires, had to ask about it after they put 3 of them on. Didn't perform a alignment check I was told was free. Was there for 3.5 hours when when I had a appointment. Had a come back while I was waiting on 2 new tires that wouldn't hold air bc they didn't clean the bead on the rim. Do not trust your car with these guys.
