The washers tore up 2 of my fave dresses. The guy working called the owner and he said he is not responsible. They wouldn't even give me the owners number. I come here every week. Appalled by the lack of respect. Their "policy" states we will not be liable for any damages, check all washers for foreign material. The employee said there was none and no obvious obstruction. I'm so upset.
