Last visit was a bit of a flop, but we came back. Our waiter this time (Bruce) was fast and friendly. More than made up for our previous waitress. He made sure to keep checking up on us, but not in the annoying/ hovering way. Will definitely be requesting him from here on out.

Alright setting, servers probably shouldn't stand and watch the basketball ball game while serving food but hey I've never worked in a restaurant so maybe that's allowed. Lighten up on salt, Green beans are not hard to season.

I had Key West chicken and shrimp with broccoli and sweet potato it was almost as good as my mother's and my waitress was super fine going back again can't hardly wait

Brought a birthday party of 13 people for my fiancées mothers birthday, they split us all up and told us we could not move the tables, so we spent her birthday dinner looking across the Restraunt at each other, thanks chedders managment for making this a special day!����

Great food, awesome drinks and great prices...

Ate here last night. Should have known it was going to be bad when the manager had to come out and apologize to the table in front of us and the table behind us, all before we had even ordered. Our waitress was okay, but some of the other staff members were beyond unprofessional. At one point there were three people clearing one table. Two guys and a girl. The one guy was doing all of the work, while the other guy and the girl played around. The guy was sitting down in a chair in the middle of the restaurant with the girl practically on his lap. She started fake choking him and they were hitting each other. When our food came it wasn't all there, and my brothers steak that he had orders medium was bleeding all over his plate. The broccoli was mush the apple medley was sour. The best part was the water. Overall horrible experience. No one apologized, probably because the manager was too busy apologizing to everyone else. This place is a joke. Wouldn't be surprised if it got shut down.

Great food, normally nice atmosphere, poor staff. The only issue I had was the ghetto crowd at the time being obnoxiously loud and profane. I should be able to take my family out for dinner and not have to deal with the gratuitous use of profanity, arguing and children running around like it's a McDonald's Playground and the staff did nothing to curb this despite many complaints from us and other patrons. I'd visit the chain again but not this location!

I was not satified with the server or manager of this location. The district manager did not satisfy me as a customer and I am a frequent visitor of the Cheddars location. This was not the way to deal with the customers that were present.
