Ive gone here for years and always had a great experience. I bought brand new rims and tires here and had numerous flats fixes. Last Wednesday I stopped in for this first time on my new car. I'd had a slow leak for about a week. It was patched quick and I was on my way with a filthy tire from the water tub they use. I didn't get to the car wash the next day but I did Friday and that's when I noticed a giant scratch above my valve stem-the same one I'd been using to air up the tire for a week. I went back up Saturday where I was called a liar in so many words and told they would have told me right away if they had damaged my tire. (Ya right) they may have a great rating on BBB but I'm here to tell you, they don't have an A+ with me anymore.

i WAS a long time customer. waited 50 mins then had 2 other people come in get waited on right away before me. how was that fair. i left and will goes elsewhere.

I have dealt with American Quality Tire for since the early 80s and have always been satisfied with my purchase or repair. They are quick, honest, and reasonably priced. They are the first company that I think of when I think tires. I love that they're are a family-owned and operated, not a huge corporation.

My wife purchased two tires about two months ago. She went back and had two more tires put on. They did not put on a matching set. Not because they were out of stock but because she didn't expressly request the same tires. I've never heard of this happening. Furthermore it was expressed that SHE should have requested a matching pair. She went back to get the right tires put on and was asked the question "Why does it matter?". She doesn't know the difference, but it do. The tread wear rating for the newer tires do not match. they are a harder compound. In cold/icy weather the rear of the car WILL be more squirrely. Apparently they are too busy to look at her record, since she was a repeat customer, to match her tires. It is the shops responsibility to deliver quality service. This store does not. This review is going on all review sites. People need to know what level of service they are receiving. this has been the worst ever tire buying experience. Poor form from the tire tech.

I have purchased 3 complete set of tires over the last several years. am in the process of purchasing 2 more complete sets. Always pleasant, fast less than an hour, excellent prices.

We wont go anywhere else, they are quick and honest at a great price!

I went to American Quality Tire after I had an accident my tires were bubbled out and the guys up there helped me find the best most reliable tire for the cheapest price. I found them when my mother in law told me how she loves this place and she won't go anywhere else! ! ! After being there I don't balme her I won't go anywhere else either

I've been here many times. Always have had excellent service and very reasonable prices. They always get me in and out quickly.

Great place; reasonable, quick, honest. I don't go anywhere else.
