Ken and his wife were great to deal with. I had a cannon safe that would not open and Ken had to drill it out to open the safe. Ken was able to convince cannon to do the right thing and pick up the tab. Cannon tried to say it was out of warranty. Once again American Lock Service is a great company to deal with and wonderful people as well.
