On of my worst experience dealing with any company. The young girl up front was very combative, and lack any customer service training. Obviously she must be family because I cant see how any good business owner would ever have her as an employee. They had my weed trimmer (Craftsman) for over 2 months and could not find the part to repair it. They kept telling me that the part was on back order. I finally gave up and got my trimmer back from them and went to Sears and purchased the part (that was so hard to find) myself and repaired it myself as well. I would never step foot in that establishment again. And I would recommend anyone else to go elsewhere for their yard equipment repair and service needs.

Fast friendly and reasonable price.

They also pick up mowers !
