If you want a warranty on the tree, don't purchase it on sale for 10% or 20% off regular price. At the time of purchase I was told they only warranty trees if they plant it, so I paid for them to do so just to have the guarantee. Well the tree did not survive and now they are telling me it is not under warranty because I bought the tree at sale price. They state their "policy" (no where posted in shop or on receipt) is to only warrant trees purchased at full price. The owner stated if you buy something on sale at store you cannot return it - well I did not purchase an "as is" tree.
