Like any business they have to get paid for there time. So if u think like some people that there time is free please go somewhere else the only charge a checkout fee if u decline the service. They also at any given time have a couple hundred mowers in for repair. They go in order of when received. So dont yell at them because u bought junk or thought u get it back the next day. Again go somewhere else. Us ongoing customers would appreciate it. Love this shop would not go anywhere else.

Montebello has been around a log time and I wouldn't take my equipment anywhere else These folks are top notch in the business and do very good work
For you folks who like to complain because something didn't go the way you wanted in to get a life and understand you equip needs Take Care of it don't
leave gas in it all winter and change the oil when needed these are small engines and they need to be taken care of. Montebello is a top notch service place and yes they do charge a small fee to look at the equip you will not get
this kind of service from a big box store

Toile over a week to look at my mother. They called to say the issue was not covered by warranty. There price was much higher than a quote I got from someone else. I advised not to fix it. When I picked up they charged me $15 checkout fee which no one told me about prior. I should have been advised of this fee when I dropped it off. They have no compassion and basically said that my manual from sears would have told me about the fee 😂. Super poor customer service. How can you charge a fee that you never told the customer about. Also left the push mower outside and who knows how many times it rained over those 8 days. The issue was water inside the gas tank and mower which apparently was caused by leaving the gas in it for over 2 weeks 😣😣. So

Never called me back, the quote was way lower than paid price, weed eater didn't work when we picked it up and they tried to charge extra to fix it again. After 20 minutes of use I had to repair a bolt that fell off, lucky I found it. Expect longer wait times, higher bills and typical mechanic like customer service.

montebello sucks

I went there for service on my vehicle and got sc***** in the process. Very unprofessional, did not do it in a timely manner, kept putting me off when contacted, made wise a** comments, treated me like an imbocile. Also bought parts, ended up not needing the parts, tried to return them, got one of the biggest hassels ever, said no refunds, but no sign anywhere stating that and it is not stated on my receipt, still waiting for my full refund....5 months later. Will never use agian, will never recommend this place to anyone.
