The worst customer service company I have ever experienced. Worse than the Department of Motor Vehicles.
1. Phone wait times are horrendous. I have waited no less than 12 minutes and up to 35 minutes. Yes, I was that stupid for holding on so long.
2. You have the option to leave a message and the recording says they will return your call. They never do.
3. When you finally get a live person they are immune to your complaints because that”s all they must hear all day long.

How do they stay in business?
Obviously I am trying to find a new supply company.

Each time I call to check on an order, I am subjected to a recording which tells me to a) use the option to leave message and I will be called back when my call reaches the front of the queue (no one ever calls, emails or texts from this company!), b) use the new TRACE app which has terrible reviews also or c) wait and wait and wait on HOLD for the next available representative.
I placed an order for omnipods on 12/16/19 with a live operator after 48 minutes on hold, was told that my prescription would go under review and would be marked as urgent because order had not been previously shipped after my email or voicemail requests.
Fast forward to 12/23/19.... nothing. No pods, no correspondence whatsoever.
A repeat call was made, same process all over again with the excuse given “I see your order from the 16th and I’m not sure why it didn’t ship.” The order was re-processed with apologies given, now we wait the 6+ days of land travel from West Coast to Northeast as they haven’t figured out how to ship from a warehouse with closer proximity and refuse to send via air. My patience and faith have been pushed to the limit. We are going elsewhere!

Terrible customer service. Add items to orders to pad insurance bill. Refuse to process and credit returns. Worst company.

I would not rely on Solara for any equipment you need to survive. Nothing was ever delivered on time. I was told 10 days and 5 weeks later still waiting. I was told it was shipped multiple times when it really had not been shipped. I can not think of one thing this company did correctly. Over billed, late shipment, lied to by employees. I wouldn't buy a hot dog from them after my experience.
