I have been in the real estate business since 1985. In 1989, I became a RE Broker, and started Coronado Realty on Coronado Avenue in San Diego. I  am also licensed to originate loans in California. I can sell your personal residence or your commercial property. I always pre-qualify prospective buyers prior to submitting the offer. It is very important to check all documentation regarding income, bank statements, employment, credit report, etc. to assure a smooth transaction and closing. I follow through from day one and stay in touch with escrow and the underwriter to deal with any situation before it becomes a problem. Sales commission?  No problem. Once we have agreed on a sales price, we can sit down and negotiate the commission. Flexible.
