They got both my children squeezed in when they really needed to be seen. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful service; embarrassment to health care providers. We were looking for a new physician and wanted to stay local. It took them over 3 weeks to schedule our appointment. When we arrived the 20 minutes early as requested to fill out paperwork they were not prepared for us. 15 minutes later we received the paperwork to complete. We waited an additional 50 minutes past our appointment time without so much as a mention of an apology for the delay nor an update of when we could expect to see the physician. After managing our 3 and 1 yr old children in their small waiting room for over 70 minutes we got up and left. The receptionist just smiled as we exited without any concern of us leaving. This experience is a complete and utter embarrassment to the health care community. I weep for my town of Imlay City not having a competent health care facility in their city limits. Shame on you Imlay City Family Practice.

D.O. Amie Jokubiak, I was very impessed by D.O. Jokubiak from the first time meeting her .She did excellent job assesing me .And cares about your concearns,She had the ball rolling as soon as I told her what was wrong with me .D.O. Jokubiak had me going for test.less than seven days when I met D.O.Jokubiak to get my results from my test.I had to have surgery done.D.O. Jokubiak called the surgeon that same appointment to make an an appointment for me to meet a surgeon. I met the surgeon the next day for my consultation I had my surgery two days later after meeting the surgeon.I Highly recommend If you are looking for a D.O. who cares about her patients and listens to there concearns and who does an excellent assesment of her patients go see D.O. Jokubiak at Imlay city practice . You will very impressed!
