RUDE!!!  They tell you that their about making your life better.  Went in to have pain blocks done and they refused saying my blood clotting level was not at low. Talked to my regular Doctor and if the clot factor was any lower it could cause issues I was told. Then Dr. Zoe (who you never see) with the help of her many P.A.'S decided it's up to her to play shrink and say they are worried about my mental health and refuse to help me.  Here's some news for ya, pain causes your mental health to take a dive.  That's why I see someone for this. His office doesn't do pain meds and your office should NOT try to do psychiatric meds or worry about my stability on them.  They are a over stepping their bounds now!!!

The reception staff was absolutely so rude and argumentative. They obviously have not had training on how to deal with people struggling with pain or they hate their jobs. I was actually turned away for service after seeing the nurse due to be depressed about my pain. When the nurse asked me what I hoped to gain from seeing Dr Zoe, of course I said to not be depressed to the point of being suicidal because my pain is so bad. I told her that I had hoped to gain back my ADL's and regain my life and my job. The nurse came back in to tell me that Dr Zoe wouldn't see me. It was a complete waste of my time. I was booked a month out and waited without seeing another Dr and now I'm still in the same situation. In pain with no where to turn. Do not waste your time on this clinic and a mystery Dr who can't even come in and do her job.
