STAY CLEAR OF CITYWIDE!!. Shame I can't give ZERO STARS. I wish we had seen these reviews back on April when we paid Darius in advance ($299) to order a part on 4/29/14 - SILLY US!

They were supposed to be ordering a part to fix our oven door the following week. After making excuses and postponing the repair by another week, Carolyn called on the scheduled day of the repair to say they could not order the part as it was no longer available. We instantly asked for a refund and were told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get our money back. We told her that was unaccptable and called numerous times to get the status of our refund. On the rare occasion that we were able to get Carolyn on the phone she would tell us that she was the only person in the office and she would call us back. She never ever did. We went to 2 of the "business addresses" they have listed in the City of Poughkeepsie. One was a housing project and the other was a run down home. No evidence of business at either.

It's been more than 8 weeks and now when we call they do not answer the phone. Managed to get Darius on his cell phone phone 8/4/14 (845-204-0928). He told us he had checked with the office and it would take until the end of August to get our refund!! We know they are stalling and will never refund us our money. Please if this has happened to you report them to the BBB, your local authorities and the IRS. They are CROOKS with various locations. Darius Smith and his Wife Carolyn are con artists.

I wouldn't let this guy touch the rocks in my yard. I went around and around and around with him for weeks while he tried to fix my dishwashwer. He had every excuse in the book for why it wasn't done. Didn't have the part, got the wrong part. Needed another part. There's part of me that thinks he's actaully not right in the head - it was perfectly clear whenever I spoke to him on the phone or in person that I was talking to the same person, yet he was constantly referring to the other him in the third person. "The Technician." "The Scheduler." "The Office." "The Billing Department." The guy doesn't even have a work truck of any kind - he was operating out of the trunk of a dodge intrepid. Notice if you look him up, there are now about a 1/2 dozen addresses for this business. When I had the work done, there were 2. My guess is he has to stay one step of ahead of the people he screws over. I spend over $300 with him and ended up having someone else have to fix the dishwasher (I could have just bought a new one at that point.) The second guy fixed it on the first try.

I do not recommend these people at all. Work paid for before (ran my credit card without my permission) ...so i pay in full...then after he orders the parts and then.he fixes the washer... does not leave a receipt. I have to call after five days to get one. The invoice says... payment due.... WHAT... is due..??. My balance is zero! he already took my money and then calls me ignorant and promises to call the authorities and charge me with harrassment. REALLY?? Oh boy, stay away... phew... bad... really bad

Horrible service! Wrong part ...

Horrible service! Wrong part was ordered and when they were supposed to come back first thing this morning to install the correct part - never showed, never called and cannot get them on phone. this has been almost a week and my refridgerator is still not fixed! will never use this company again! Not even worth one star! Funny how they cash my check right away and now I have to wait 2 - 3 weeks for a refund and pay a 25% restocking fee - when they ordered the wrong part in the first place.......a total rip off!!!



Also check BBB - this company was given an "F" - wished I checked this before I called them for service.
