Specialties: We are a full service monument company, NOT a memorial broker. Here is the difference....Service: All work performed on premises by our own qualified in-house staff. Any error is the responsibility of the company. All work is guaranteed in writing as opposed to a broker whose work is done by outside firms and is shipped completed. Any error is not the responsibility of the retailer but, rather the brokered contractor. The retail broker will not guarantee someone else's work. Delivery: A full service company has full control of it's products and can assure you prompt delivery when promised. A retail broker must rely on the schedule of another contractor and can only guess when your product will arrive. A late delivery is not their responsibility. Pricing: Complete prices are openly displayed on our products. NO hidden costs. Prices are not displayed because they must add for lettering and other charges for subcontractor services.
