Though I had given excellent reivews back in 2016, times have changed. Alex was very unprofessional, rude and argorant. I paid him at the first visit, only for him not to return to finish the job. I asked for partial refund and he refused. Cost me more money to get someone else to fix my washing machine. I WILL NOT BE USING HIM AGAIN NOR REFERRING HIM TO ANYMORE CUSTOMERS AFTER THIS.

My name is Racheal I called Alex about my washer not draining the water . Alex was on time and fixed my washer I needed a pump which he ordered and fixed within a short time . I am pleased with this service and would recommend Alex to anyone.

I called Alex and he came out on New Year’s Eve after my washing machine started leaking after it wouldn’t drain. He fixed my washer and saved my floors. He also checked to make sure all my other appliances were running properly as well. He was knowledgeable and gave a reasonable affordable price. (I did call around to other places) Thank you!

All the reviews are fake. Alex Crawford is a bad guy to do business with. His work is terrible, leaves in the middle of a job and never comes back. Just call Atlantic Appliance parts in Quincy, MA. They will verify what I have said. They will not sell this man parts.

I got great service with these guys, I called them on Tuesday morning they were here 2 hours later. They called to let us know they were "on route" and were early..Another thing was I was looking for an honest guy and I found one I thought I had a major repair they told me that it was a motor cufling ( something like that) and the repair was like $100

I would recommend Alex Crawford and his work to anyone. I find him to be very knowledgeable and honest.

This guy was pretty good I will have to admit it. I called him his name was Al he was at my house in 25 min same day. I I had 3 estimates already in excess of $360 he looked at my washer and told me that what the three others had said was the problem was incorrect and that I only needed a part that cost $75 and he put it in my machine for $150 my machine works great
