Bought a brand new bedroom suite from them and 8 months later the bed broke and can't be repaired in anyway. We went there as its under warrenty and they gave us another number to call, we are getting the run around so you might want to take extreme caution before going here. HERE ARE THE PICTURES ON MY BED AND WE WERE TOLD THEY WILL DO NOTHING BECAUSE WE PICKED IT UP TO SAVE MONEY OUR WARRANTY IS NOT BEING HONORED BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY NO MATTER WHAT THEY OFFER YOU.
THE MESSAGE WE WERE SENT IS LAUGHABLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE DONE THAT AS WELL AS SPEAK TO 2 MANAGERS AT THE WOODBRIDGE STORE WE TOLD US THEY WILL DO NOTHING WE ARE OUT OF LUCK. AGAIN PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS STORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOUR ON YOUR OWN IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.
