Twice a year I treat myself to a Whopper Junior from the drive through: "I'd like a whopper junior with mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato, please." Repeated it TWO TIMES and then she said "tell me what you don't want on it". Uh, I don't know what you put on it so I can't do that. Repeated two more times. Then she said pull around to the window. Repeated it again while she tapped on the screen with her knuckle because her fingernails were obscenely long and inappropriate IMO.

Picked it up, got home and guess what....pickles, lots of onions, a tiny piece of lettuce and a tomato. No mayo and the last bite there was a hint of mustard.

The tag on the order was correct so it was the person putting the burger together that clearly could care less and just tossed what was handy into the bag. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I simply ordered a double whopper with cheese. I got a sandwich tossed together not heated at all. I was 145pm in the afternoon. No one else in line. Not busy...now I understand why. I feel as though no one cared what I was paying for. This is the 3rd time its happened. I had said nothing before. I will not be going there anymore.
