There should be a WARNING box to check, because one star is giving this business too much credit. He takes your check; cashes your check. What do you, the customer,get in return? Well, if you want no one to show up to do the install; if you want to be subjected to rude and crude language from Michael, who answers the phone and does nothing to help you for over three months; if you want to rely on an owner who is incommunicado; then please do business with Aerus Electrolux in Hyannis.

They're great salers , however the service is not so good. Very pricy ,they want to charge me $30 to replace 2 screws on my canister vaccum cleaner! Really?I ended up buying a new part that was only a few dollars more.

Horrible service. Haven't seen my vacuum for the last 7 weeks. Store has missed 10 appointments to drop vacuum back at my house. Never do business with these people.

In October, I purchased 2 products from this company and cancelled the order the following business day. It has now been 5 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. The owner is rarely there and the manager says he has no access to sales records or authority to refund purchases. After about 15 phone calls and one visit to the store, the owner finally returned my call and asked for my credit card number the the amount of the refund. He has now promised to act on the refund. I strongly recommend not doing business with Aerus Electrolux in Hyannis! It doesn't deserve even one star.

Aerus of Cape Cod does not service the Wellesley area. I called twice and they would not help me and they only took cash. Who only takes cash?
