Provided by YP.comCharles overcharged us, left a port open so all our leaked out, then wouldn't fix it!

Provided by YP.comCharles came to our house and charged our system with freon. He left a valve open so all the freon leaked out in a few days. He would not fix it. We had to call another A/C guy. Charles refused to stand behind his work and refused to compensate for our $172 loss.
