This is absolutely the worst Taco Bueno location. I live right by this location and will usually drive out of my way to another location rather than eating here. Every time I decide to give them another chance I am instantly filled with regret.



One time I ordered a Nacho Salad and after I pulled up to the window and paid I was asked to confirm that what I had ordered was the Nacho Salad and not the Taco Salad. I confirmed my order and then listened as the girl who had confirmed my order turned to the guy making the food and told him I was charged for the Taco Salad (higher price) and had ordered the Nacho Salad. He said they would just make the Nacho Salad instead and proceeded to do so and hand me my food. Knowing he had charged me for the wrong item. I would have even been happy if he had said "sorry for the mistake, can I offer you a free drink?" but instead he just tried to play like he didn't know anything was wrong.



I was told one time that they were out of cheese and went ahead and ordered my food anyway without cheese. When I pulled up to the window there was a guy standing right there at the food prep area with a large back of shredded cheese in his hand.



The last time I went there I pulled up to the window and was asked to wait to place my order because there were only 2 people in the building. When I was finally asked for my order I had to repeat myself several times over the sound of laughter coming through the speaker. The guy couldn't get my order right while repeating it to me and so I told them "nevermind" and left.



I won't be back.

I usually LOVE Taco Bueno. I eat there 3-5 times a week. I have been to many differant locations. However, This is the worst Taco Bueno EVER! It's dirty, the food is not fresh, and the management is nothing short of a nightmare. The queso cheese had nasty lumps in it and the large lump had HAIR in it! When I spoke with the manager he gave me back my money and requested for me to leave! He refused to give me his name- my recipt- or a way to get intouch with upper management! I will never go back to this location and the horrible 10 min i spent in that place make me think twice about ever choosing Taco Bueno ever again.
