Great wash, they prep the car and dry... Great customer service

The space is too tight for safe car flow...they try to pack everyone into a small space and then you're stuck in line for 30 minutes w/no way out bc people are waiting for vacuums getting out and people are waiting to get their car washed on the other end. It's actually frustrating

My recent visit to Rapids left me with a cracked windshield. I explained to the attendant that the crack was not on my window prior to getting it washed. One of their dryers seemed to have gotten stuck during the end of the cycle. I was asked to get an estimate for the windshield and then given the run around as to why it couldn't have possibly been their fault.

They offered me some free car washes, but were unwilling to pay for a replacement. Why would someone want to take their vehicle to get washed here if they are refusing to pay for the damage that was caused in the first place? I was told that it would be less money for them to give me some free car washes than to replace my window. I have been a loyal customer for years, but will be going somewhere else from now on. Enter at your own risk.

Great service and quality for a very reasonable price.
