A great locally owned business, I will be a repeat customer when the need arises! She did a great job on my bridesmaid dress I will be wearing in January. I picked it up today and she did a flawless job: a perfect fit. Thank you very much!

Linda dropped all her other work to get my suit tailored within just a few hours. Dillard's had botched the tailoring, but she fixed it and now it looks great! I'll be back because of such great customer service!

Please DO NOT TRUST THEM with wedding attire. After receiving a good recommendation from another bride, I was shocked to find so little attentiveness to customer service. I needed a simple addition of lace sleeves and was fitted for them in December, and after hounding them once a week for SEVEN weeks, we pulled the dress and lace yesterday after Jenny lied to our face and told us it was done and ready for my 04/14/12 wedding. I feel deceived and devastated and am now scrambling to find someone who can rush my wedding dress. Please find someone who answers the phone and conducts business as if they wanted returning customers. If it mattered more, I'd sue for breach of contract. Choosing NE Tailor was a terrible mistake...
