This store has had my car in for almost three weeks to replace my transmission after they failed to replace it the first time a week prior to breaking down in the middle of Oklahoma. The "new" transmission cost us $4400 dollars and while they are paying for the cost of another brand new transmission I have seen nothing about them providing funds for a rental car. I have been without a car for a grand total of four weeks which would be a huge inconvenience for anybody, especially someone like myself who is currently a student who needs to get to class and also is trying to interview for jobs. I would recommend another store for your car issues.

horrible service since management has changed. been coming for 9 years and ever since Carl left they spend half a day with your vechicle even with an appt. and doing basic service. also like to tell you that you need everything under the sun everyone and assume woman don't know. sucks but after 9 years I will no longer return here due to Bryan and Mark upselling everything and telling me I am a liar when I tell them I've already had the work done.
