I've been a customer almost three years. Always excellent service, consistent quality at competitive prices.

Tommy the so called corporate manager is dumb as a bag of rocks. He is the most unprofessional person i have ever met. When you say you want to talk to the owner they say he is on vacation. The owner better get a hold on these stores or they are not gonna have any customers left. They broke my glasses and blamed me. They took 10 days to make my glasses and they are wrong and will not give a refund. they tell you 3-5 days and when you call them they tell you they are on a truck for delivery. Then they change the day of when its on the truck...Better get new employees or close the company and do us all a favor...I had to give it one star...If it could be a negative star it would be a negative 50....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR TELL EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION...They will screw you and not give you your money back for any reason!!!
