Dec. 21st, 2014 I went with my son to purchase Levi's. The salesman was very helpful and we purchased 4 pair of pants and paid cash. 2 pair we had to order because the color and size they didn't have. To this date we haven't gotten the 2 pair of pants we ordered from Levi. We not only don't have the pants we are UNABLE to get any Communication from the sales person or the Store manager. I have complained twice by phone but now it is if they are screening calls. My son hasn't gotten any answer at the store during normal business hours. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES and UNACCEPTABLE! I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store. I'm not sure if they even placed the order at this point. What I thought was a good sale and store has frustrated and really disappointed me. I would give them less than a star rating if that was possible.
