I would always recommend aqua medic to people needing great pool service. The owner Tony is concerned with quality costumer experience.

I never have to worry that there will be maintenance issues with Aqua Medic, Tony and his staff have made owning a pool a pleasure other that owning a headache.

Other service companies should look to Aqua Medic for how to treat customers. My pool was scheduled for a replaster job when the pump stopped holding a prime. I had to reschedule pump service three times because the company doing the replaster company was having scheduling difficulties. Once the pool was full Aqua Medic came out and resolved a difficult problem with a blockage. The technician not only explained the problem and fix but also gave me tips on maintaining my equipment. All service companies should follow their model.

Go Supreme, we did. I have had an salt water pool for years and it was very expensive to put in. This year it finally died and needed costly repair. I found Tony purely by accident decided to call and now Tony is like family. And that's how he treats you. He made my pool salt water without the expense. I no longer need the machine he just adds the chemicals to make it that way. Now when we get down swimming our eyes don't burn, our skin is not dried out and my hair is still soft. Plus I don't worry about maintenance, Tony takes care of that too. Now I enjoy my pool and the cost is not much more if I did it myself. I would recommend Tony and Aqua Medic to everyone who has a pool.

We signed-up for Supreme Service last month and have truly noticed a difference in both the clarity of the water and the difference in our 'summer skin.' The pool just seems to sparkle! And our skin doesn't seem to be as dried out after our evening swims! We are really enjoying the difference this product has made!

Aqua Medic has been great from the word GO! The entire staff in knowledgable and courteous. Their prices are competitive and they are worth every penny! I would (and have) recommended Aqua Medic to everyone with a pool.

I have enjoyed Aqua Medic's pool service for years and have never regretted the decision. They come every week, the same day each week, clean, vacuum, backwash, brush, and add chemicals when needed. They are very friendly and quite honest. When the pool needs repairing they are there, get the job done, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their service.

He replaced my light housing, and the backwash unit for less than what Leslie's was quoting me just to replace the light housing. He's a genuine guy, and his ethics are top notch! Highly recommended.

They did not charge me a dime to come out and tell me I just had a dirty filter. Have used them twice since then. They are dependable, intelligent, honest, etc. You will not regret calling these guys!

I called Aqua Medic to replace a booster pump I though was dead. They came out the next day and let me know the booster pump was fine and there would be no charge. The issue was I accidentally had one of the vavles turned the wrong way and water was not going to the polaris allowing it to run.



Their honesty may have cost them a little, but it gained them a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a pool and wants a quality company to use for repairs and service.



I wish there were more quality companies out there like Aqua Medic.

Too bad we ran out of rating stars, when it comes to Aqua Medic's service, but five is the limit. Having never owned a pool before, we lucked on to Tony's service, and have been happy for almost 5 years. He has helped us through all types of situations. We can only give him and his staff the highest recommendation possible. From his office manager to all his service personnel they are the best. Aqua Medic is honest, fair, and competent in every service they offer.

Tony has been servicing out pool for two years or more and in the past our hot tub. (He did this as a courtesy since not many people service hot tubs anymore.) He is prompt fair and always ready to show us how we can do a job ourselves if it is manageable. He came out and help fix an O-ring problem we had been having for free and showed us how to correct what was causing it at no charge. Tony is the best! Keep us the good work.

Aqua Medic is the best of the best! Tony is honest and fair in his pricing in service. I highly recommend Aqua Medic for all your pool care needs. They went above and beyond what I ever expected.

I called Aqua Medic at 7:30 pm Tony returned my call by8:00 pm and was at by door by 8:00 am the next morning.Now that is promp service. Tony was able to fix my problem in just a few minutes and he charged me less than he said it cost the night before!!! How often does that happen??? This is the 3rd time i have used Aqua Medic and will not call anyone else they are always here when we need them and their prices are better than most.Tony is very knowledgeable about the pool business.He is also very curtious and friendly always has a smile.I highly recommend Aqua Medic for all your pool needs.Keep up the great work Tony.

I just wanted to say that this company came recommended by a friend. I had so much trouble getting an honest answer about my pool that didnt cost a small fortune. Tony came out to my house to find a suction problem. Everybody else I had called wanted to replace everything to fix my problem. Tony was honest and fixed my problem without replacing anything. I am so glad I finally found somebody I can truly trust and seems to really know his way around pools. I will recommend Aqua Medic to everyone I know with a pool.
