Horrible company. Technicians are so arrogant. Not even ready to listen to problems. Unfortunately my builder selected this company. If you have a choice, stay away from this company.

I was very pleased with this company, excellent service all the way ,very professional and courteous service tech , will definitely use again and will spread the word to family and friends

This Airconditioning company is truly highly recommended. Mid summer 2014 when we had problems with our old airconditioner and heating system. We saw in TV advertisement about airco. We called them and schedule an estimate. They sent Kristen who is very nice and very knowledgeable. A week later they came to install the indoor and outdoor system. They were done in one day. They sent two guys who worked as hard as they can. Very courteous and professional. 6 months later they called us for a maintenance (2 maintenance visit is included in our package ). They maintain communication with us and repectfully informed us that the guys are coming. As of this time we are very happy on the air and heating system. Thanks Airco. - SMITH FAMILY

Excellent Experience from beginning to end in a desperate situation. The WHOLE staff is very knowledgable and very friendly. I will recommend them always for any AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM installation. AND they offer financing! I didnt have that money at the time, but was easily approved for 60 months! Thanks AIRCO!

I thought they were really nice. Customer service was great. Easy to get appointment. Jeff was quick and efficient. The service charge was acceptable, but I thought the parts charge was high. I would use them again, but would like a discount for return patronage.

The company is highly professional, knowledgeable and the best customer service experience that I have had to date when working on remodeling and upgrading our 1960's home. Not only has our air quality increased but our electricity bills have taken a drastic nose dive. The unit works so well that we have had to reprogram the thermostat to higher temps as not to freeze. We had several people quote use for replacement that same day and none came close to the caliber of the AirCo experience. They even went over and above to fix an unexpected thing that they found during the installation with a custom made part that they fabricated at the shop while the installations were working on our replacement. Outstanding job!!!

We had Air Co supply our company with two new A/C units in 2006 for our $8000.00 Sq. Ft Shop. One month ago one of our units stop working. The Unit had a drain line that was clogged up. Their Service Tech Cleaned out the line and showed us the way to prevent this from happening again. He filled out the invoice and it said " no charge". We made the call out to them and the were responsive and considerate to our needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Airco has provided me with exceptional service over the past 18 years. I am now in my second home and have had my fourth heating and air conditioning system replacement since I first began using Airco’s services. The Trane systems that they have recommended to replace the old units that were preexisting have performed well and remedied all of the heating and cooling issues we have had, including the recent multi-zoning requirement that has been the most challenging of them all. As a result of their recommendations, our homes have been more comfortable and the operating costs have been greatly reduced. In addition to these results, their handling of my account has been exceptional as well…taking the time to examine all of the options and researching all variables that had an impact of the performance of the systems requirements during the evaluation process. My Airco representative, Dave Dunham, took personal ownership in the quality of the results and delivery of the product…not the typical “invisible after the sale” attitude that plaques the service industry. This exceptional attitude is evident throughout the company. Pam Burbach showed a sense of urgency when dealing with my service requests and technicians that have assisted with the installations and repairs over the years are very capable.



The level of Airco's assistance with my heating and air conditioning needs and the time they take to help identify the most cost effective options available ensures that I will call on them time and again and recommend them to anyone that asks about such services. I suggest that you invite them to assist you.

The Air Conitioner went out and AirCo was out there that day. The compressor was out and they replaced it the next day. Also there pricing was very competitive.
