Our Head of Construction has 10+ years progressive experience in performing all sorts of repairs, improvements and maintenance tasks. Currently we have a total of five employees including our Head of Construction. All of our employees are hired with at least two years job related experience and are required to work under supervision by a crew lead or by our Head of Construction for a minimum of one year from their start date of employment. They are given routine training on current health and safety guidelines as well as communication training. Customer Satisfaction is our number one priority!
