We offer on-site catering as well as large event planning. Come stroll through Historic Huntsville Square and enjoy the savory smoked meats on our outdoor patio.
Our first venture in the barbecue business involved catering throughout central Utah. Having catered parties for several hundred people from weddings to corporate events, we know how to make your next event a success. We can work with any budget and can customize a menu to meet your needs. In addition, we have a great banquet facility, the Lodge which can seat up to 50 people for dinner, and a huge outdoor area for larger parties.
Every barbecue joint has a story and here is ours. Greg grew up in Austin, TX, surrounded by some of the very best barbecue you can find and where Brisket was the Sunday roast. In the early 90’s he found himself in Provo Utah and began throwing Texas Parties for all of the wandering Texans looking for great barbecue. During this venture he met Sheri, who grew up in Centerville, UT and was surrounded by the most beautiful place on earth! Several years ago we moved our family down to Austin. Greg enjoyed showing all the kids the beauty of the Texas hill country and as a family we enjoyed driving the back roads sampling barbecue from the many BBQ joints and talking to the pit-masters and owners. When we moved back to Utah we got serious about starting our own restaurant. When we found this location we fell in love with the beauty and history of the area and knew this was it. Here at Huntsville Barbecue Company we think we have found the perfect marriage of a Texas boy and a Utah girl! We are excited to be here. Provided by YP.comBeing from Texas, this is the real deal. I tried every bbq place in ogden and surrounding area, and barf, not good at all. As i was playing around with my phone I saw this ad, and I drove the very next day to try the Texas BBQ. I was so thrilled, it was awesome and yeehaw Texas BBQ Only wish there was one closer, but it is so worth the drive.

Provided by SuperpagesThe best BBQ Ribs I've had this side of Florida !! It's a 40 minute drive for me, but it's well worth the drive. The sampler platter is great and a good deal! Love the brocolli slaw. Quiet location and laid-back atmosphere.

Provided by SuperpagesAwesome potato salad and beans. The brisket and pulled pork were very good. Prices are a bit high. Fun atmosphere. I got the chicken (thigh/leg) and it wasn't cooked completely. They were busy and I was in a hurry so didn't get to mention the undercooked chicken. It may have been a untypical incident, and they were busy and I was in a hurry and I'm sure they would have addressed my issue if I would have mentioned it.
