Wow, looking at the other review I have to ask are you sure it’s the same pain management doctor. Dr. Sims and his staff are the best, I have been with them since 2007, and I would not allow anyone to work on me but Dr. Sims. I see him every visit and the one issue that I had with appointments and those in pain was taken care of while I was there. The staff explained to me thAt people have different pain tolerance, and those (like me), should let them know, so that I am taken care of. Eight year later I still drive from Tomball to Conroe, because they only provide the best, know who I am when I come in for an appointment, and is very professional

They are to busy to explain and really talk with you . I got a spinal injection not sure where or what MRI was not explained. Been in bed 2 days with lower back muscle spasms but told can only do one thing at a time well this was hurting. Not told what to look for like infection etc. Had to go on line to look things up very disappointed.
