The post office on Governor's Drive is an experience that ranks up there with going to the dentist. I hate this place! My job requires me to go here and I get an upset stomach every time I have to mail out the bulk mail. Instead of being helpful, they stand by and wait for your epic fail. Then, they look at you like you don't deserve to live. They always find some petty thing that you could have done better then, once they find it, they come down on you with their condescending attitude and you feel yourself growing smaller and smaller by the moment, until you can't see over the counter anymore. Next thing you know, you're that same little kid back in grade school with the teacher from hell towering over you. I ask myself every time I leave this post office, "How can I be such a success in every other area of my life but, always a 'loser' at this post office?"

Totally different experience from the other review posted. I had a great experience! Had to mail items plus get a passport and the employees could not have been more pleasant!! Thanks to all of you at Wynn Drive Post Office! If you want BAD service try the Post Office across the state line in Fayetteville, TN...IT IS A JOKE!!!!

This is an awful place. Out of the 20 or so visits I've had to make there, I was treated like an idiot and/or like dirt. If you ask a question, you get a dead stare no matter what.Another time I had to call for a pick up. The woman told me I had to call another number for that (even though I was calling the number given to me.) She said I would have to give to the post man when he came by (which he doesn't.) After telling her that, she asked me to hold. After FOREVER, she picked up the line again to tell me she would call me back....and never did.
