There may be some good doctors here but do yourself a favor and don't see the young guy. Dr. Cho. He is only interested in keeping you around for money and dragging out your condition. He only completed his residency 6 years ago, don't believe what is on their website. He is inexperienced with treatments of certain conditions, and if the condition i have is worsened or ends up disabling me as it often does when its left untreated they will hear from me again, well not me so much as the medical community and my lawyer. I'm being treated next week, because this is at the stage where waiting to fix it isn't an option as he previously diagnosed. Also stenosis in your neck is almost never treated with anything other than surgery, any other surgeon will tell you that, even your primary physician and pain specialist know this. Seems the only one left in the dark is the young, inexperienced Cho. Reply to me if you need to I have proof from many credible sources.

Staff was friendly, very capable. The wait to see the doctor was long. The doctor was great and explained with detail my options.

Physical therapy was great! Friendly personnel, knowledgeable and right on time.

Worse experience with Doctor’s Office in my life; been two months of hell. Wife was hit head on by a drunk driver April 4th 2015. After being released from the hospital we went to see our family doctor. Our family doctor referred us to the Spine & Neuro Center due to her numerous injuries, back and neck pain. After your 1st appointment with the doctor, they recommend you do their in house physical therapy. Don’t do your therapy there! Trust me go get your therapy done elsewhere. Michael the physical therapist will evaluate you then pass you off to one of his two aids to do the future therapy appointments. After fourteen physical therapy appointments the pain only is getting worst. So we went back to see our family doctor the 2nd of June. He wanted us to see the doctor again at the Spine & Neuro Center. GOOD LUCK GETTING IN AGAIN. Their appointments are six weeks out. Appointments receptionist gives you excuse we can only see new patients in sooner. ---- That sounds like discrimination to me! ---- Very disappointed with the Doctor never following up with us after repeat calls talking to the nurse about pain and physical therapy. Obviously the Doctor has no clue what is going on in the day to day routine in their office.

Waited almost two hours to see Dr then he was only in the room a total of 5 minutes. I wish I had gone somewhere else. If I wind up having to have surgery he won't be the one that does it. The office staff was great though.

Didn't care how much pain I was in. Told me to get use to it. Doesn't listen to his patients. Arrogant waste of time.

Great staff and excellent doctors! I would recommend this place to any person who is in need of neck treatment.

I was so disappointed with the whole experience. The front staff is not friendly at all. That is the first impression of any business, they should make an effort to smile. Most people that have to see Dr's like this are usually in a lot of pain and a little understanding would go a long way. I made an appointment with one Dr, but when I arrived had been given to Dr. Ryan Aaron. I should have walked out when the nurse told me to remove my pants, for a cervical problem. I spent most of my 1 hour wait filling out paper work that Dr. Aaron did not look at even once, after dismissing every concern I had Dr. Aaron in one sentence told me that my joints were in bad shape, but they weren't too bad, I needed physical therapy, but maybe a rheumatologist would be the best place to go because my pain was probably fibromyalgia. Although a Dr. in Atlanta diagnosed me with degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, 2 bone spurs, and nerve damage. But those records had not been sent over. I wonder who is right. I also would have liked to have known of the 3 vague 'answers' he gave which was right. I understand that he is human and does not have all the answers, but that's all he had to say. Instead he chose to be arrogant. The other physicians may be great here, but he is not. You also have to sign a waver saying you understand they have financial stake with other companies.. i.e. drug & physical therapist groups. So prepare to be harassed by the companies they are affiliated with. I was hoping for an answer and ended up even more frustrated. My health may not have been very important to him, but it is to me. So I will keep fighting for answers, far away from the spine and neuro center of Huntsville!!

Over 2 hour wait to see the doctor-not worth it!! Thumbs Down����

I was 20 (2 weeks before my 21st bday) and was sent to Dr. Johnson. He is brilliant and saved my life. After my 1st appointment I was told in 6 days I would have brain surgery to remove a stage 3 malignant brain tumor. I never even considered a 2nd opinion and 2.5 years later I am still here. :)

I saw Dr. Johnson for a diagnosis and was referred to Dr. White and physical therapy. I was seen at my appointment time and the scheduling for the treatment activities was incredibly fast. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. After 4 years of pain and finally getting a referral to a specialist, I am extremely happy with this facility.

Highly recommended. Courteous and professional group.
