The Solid here in Huntsville has terrible customer service skills. They racial profile black individuals that come in there store. It's sad that don't realize if stop buying that expensive hair from them, they would no longer have beauty supply store...

Terrible customer service. Manager/owner is arrogant and rude. Sales reception says that refunds exchanges must meet certain criteria but owner refuses to discuss refund /exchange even if package is unopened. This place is a rip-off, so avoid at all cost.

Synthetic lace front wigs are a RIPOFF at this place!! Lace fronts that are 20-30 bucks online will cost 70.00 in this store! Ladies these people are ripping you off because they know they can. Don't let them!

So I went to find a wig. I usually shop online but was told I could only try on three wigs and I would have to purchase the cap. Purchasing the cap was fine no big deal I totally understand due to sanitary issues. HOWEVER...while talking with the staff a lady asked could her daughter use their restroom and the staff shooed her away and said she would need to talk to the owner.. staff said you cannot try on more then 3 wigs cuz I guess people try them on a lot and don't buy anything. If I knew this I wouldn't have wasted my time driving all the way from south Huntsville! P.s. you can get the same thing they sell for $20 cheaper online..if they can't provide a simple service of letting a customer try on a few wigs I'll save the $20 and take my chances buying online!

Great place but they are not NOT open at 8am.
