I called Planet Hardwood to give me an estimate to do my floor refinishing because they are Bona Certified Craftsman, and I had heard good things about them from several of their previous customers. But I hired them because of their punctuality, professionalism, and wealth of knowlege about their craft. They explained everything completely, answered my questions thoroughly, and delivered on everything they said they would do. They did a beautiful job, finished on schedual, and at exactly the price they origionally quoted, in spite of some small changes I made durring the process to solve some unforseen problems. The sanding system was dust free, as promised, and the finish was flawless. I would highly recomend them to anyone considering any type of flooring project.

i was a little concerned about hiring a small company to undertake such a large job, (5000+ sq. ft.) but had many positive recommendations from friends about them. they were neat, efficient, and accomplished exactly what they said, on time. the floors turned out beautifully, and i couldn't be happier. Mike, (the owner) worked with us to solve several unplanned issues that came up durring the process and to our suprise no additional cost to us. We would definately recommend them to anyone.
