This shop is under new ownership and management. This was my first time at this shop. The customer service was great. I was received well by all the employees and was treated exceptionally well by Kim. As she had a wonderful personality and was able to laugh as she worked. The best thing about this new shop is that all the ladies speak English so communication was a breeze. As I sat back to enjoy my pedicure with Kim, I watched all the ladies in the shop engaging with their customers. I noticed that everyone seemed to be cheerful and professional. The most important thing is that I seen Kim clean my chair and foot bath EXTENSIVELY... I so VERY much appreciate knowing if she will with me right there she will clean when I'm not!!! That is comforting to know I don't have to worry about fungus. Great Job Kim. I will be back to see you when I need my next pedicure.
