Provided by YP.comWe called early Sunday morning for service. At 11:00PM Sunday night we were still waiting on our technician after he called numerous times during the day stating "I should be there in a few hours".....the last call we received he said his truck broke down and he would be at our house "first thing Monday morning, and I mean first thing". At 10:30 Monday morning we still could not reach the tech. (he also provided his cell number). When I called the main number they stated, "he is on his way". I asked what time he left and they said 8:15. We only live 30 min. away????We cancelled service and contacted another company. We waisted a whole day with no resolution. Would not recommend this company. Hope to hear from mgt. as I placed a request.
