I had very good service from Mike's wrecker service today. They are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them for any of your towing needs. In my they case I would give them an A+ for help and service I received. The office staff is very nice and quick to help you out.

Good towing service but terrible customer service. The driver wrote the wrong description of my car in the receipt. He wrote Toyota Camry when my car is a Nissan Altima. A few hours later I called the business and asked them to provide a corrected receipt. They refused saying that the information had already being entered in their system. As a result I was not able to get my towing car insurance refund. Nice going!! You make a mistake and your customer ends up paying for it.
