Thanks for getting me back on the road after locking my keys in the car. Tech was there in 10 minutes on my way in 20. Very happy with the experience

horrible place! i finally get a job after six months of being unemployed, so i decide to go fishing... well i lost the key to my boat and stopped by a boat place to see what they could do to help. they said go to locktec, 'they always help them'. so i did. they were not helpful at all....... the person was short with me and acted like they could care less about trying to help me. they seemed anxious to get me to leave/ like they wanted to be doing something else besides waiting on me. i know it wasnt there fault that i lost my key, but they sure did make the, already bad day, worse! ive always used another lock smith on the other end of town (wont mention there name). they would at least try to help you, whether they offered the service i needed or if they had to suggest a place that does, and acted like they wanted my business/ money. i guess i should have just drove up to them to begin with....

Called several security companies after a neighbor was victimized by burglars. Mark and his crew were by far the most knowledgeable and offered a customized package to fit my needs. This was in 2007. The only issue I have ever had with my security system was after the 2011 tornadoes knocked out power in my area for 8 days. The Locktec crew came out and reset the system and I have not any issues since. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! With so many security companies to choose from why not consider a local business owner that has a vested interest in the community he serves.

After a home break in we called Lock Tec and they came right out and gave us the best deal possible on a home security system , They were very clean and helpful well trained . Our new system gave us the piece of mind we needed to feel safe again and its state of the art . THANK YOU LOCK TEC
