Leigh Daniel and Jamerson Godsey are fantastic! I found Leigh Daniel online based upon the reviews I read so it is only fitting that I myself leave a review. I hope this review helps anyone that is on the fence about who they should use as their lawyer. I'll make it really simple for you. Use these guys! They treat you like family. One of the biggest compliments I can give them is that they listen and then they shoot straight with you. The very first day I met Leigh I told her my story and she told me right then and there what the outcomes could be and then told me her opinion of what she thought would happen. Fast forward 8 months later and what she told me in her office day 1 of what she thought was going to happen actually happened. What I appreciated more than anything was that Leigh shot straight with me. She didn't try to get my hopes up of the perfect outcome. She was realistic and genuine. Now granted we tried for that perfect outcome and Leigh and Jamerson fought hard for it. Everything happens for a reason and in this case we got a lot of things that we wanted and I am very glad that I decided to go with Leigh Daniel

Now about Jamerson Godsey. He deserves his own paragraph. The first thing I want to say about Him is that he has become like a brother to me. He listened and he hurt with me. Divorce is a hard time for everyone and Jamerson understood that and was gracious in everything he did. He was very prompt in responding to my emails and phone calls. What I loved about Him was that he didn't pretend to know everything. If he didn't know the answer to my question or if he wasn't 100% sure he would find out. He didn't B.S. me or give me an answer just to get me off the phone. He and Leigh genuinely cared and you could tell that as they fought hard for me in court multiple times. Jamerson thank you for all that you did for me and all of the time you put into my case! I know I wasnt your only case but you sure made me feel like I was. Thank you!

Leigh and her staff were able to walk me through a very difficult time. They kept me informed and prepared me for court. They responded quickly to emails and phone calls. The staff performed beyond my expectations. They are very professional, well knowledged and extremely dedicated. A special thanks to Linda who spent long hours preparing my case for trial. Leigh is truly top notch in the court room. I honestly cannot praise Leigh and her staff enough for everything they have done for myself and my daughter! My little girl is safe now and I can finally stop worrying.

If you want someone who is going to be dedicated to your case and consider it to be as important as you do, you do not want to hire this lawyer. I hired her to be my attorney and are first she did great then it all changed. It became chaos. You get different answers to the same question from several people in her office. She has way too much going on at one time. It's a huge mess and when you run out of money you are left in the cold.

Leigh was a great help to me in my court case. She is very knowledgeable and professional in every way. She always kept me informed of what was going on, and helped me understand the process. In addition to all of that, she really cared about me and my case.

Leigh was a very professional and caring person when she represented me in my divorce. She always kept me up-to-date on what we needed to do, and was willing to answer questions,e-mails and concerns, no matter the time or day. We worked well together in a very contentious situation with my X. She was always willing to go the extra step, when needed, even if it meant taking on the Judge.

YP starts the review with: "If I told my best friend about this place, I'd say" .. stay away! ... I will NEVER recommend this one to my best friend. Not just my best friend but to anyone that asks for a recommendation - look elsewhere. Chaotic, unprofessional and not knowledgeable.

Thoroughly impressed with Leigh...she had great insight into the particulars of my case. worked with me personally, replied to emails, calls, etc. i would certainly want to use her if needed in the future.

Leigh helped me win my complicated custody battle. She stood by me and my case with experience, guidance and true professionalism even when the path got tough. She always returned my phone calls and e-mails within a few hours (even when she was out of the country) and proved to be one of the best family lawyers in Huntsville.
