Words cannot describe how TERRIBLE the service was. I spent $75 on my hair and it wasn't even clean after. I called ahead of time and notified the stylists that I am black and my hair is curly. I was assured that I would be properly cared for. However, I literally had to coach the stylist when handling my hair. i told her to use a brush, add more heat, and put oil on my hair. She charged me so much because of the "time it took to straighten my hair." It took that long because she did not know how to handle my hair. She also never notified me of the price increase. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO CURLY/ETHNIC HAIR!!! I was poorly informed of their capabilities. I complained upon paying, and they were very unaccommodating. Not even an admittance of their poor service. I was told that the stylist- Ashley- does "black hair" all the time. Unfortunately, everyone's hair is not the same even in the "black" community. I would have rather an honest admittance of inability to handle my hair, than the dishonest and poor service I received. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Poor customer service!!! She basically told me that it was my fault that the stylist could not do my hair!!!

I called Friday and asked if I could walk in because another hair dresser flaked on me. The price was reasonable.... Rachel did my hair and she did a great job the best I've ever had. I even had her put in some crazy bright teal blue color that I bought from Hot Topic and she rocked it! The salon is so nice and Becky the owner is such a kind person she really cares about what she does and they all take pride in their work everyone collaborated with each other just as a professional business should.



I will tell everyone about this place!!!!
