Although we really love our bus driver, Steph, the bus system has overloaded these great drivers so much from lack of help that there's no such thing as a normal bus route anymore. Three days in a row and our bus never came to pick up our kids.

I left fb message to have someone to call me if my son can get transportation services & my message got returned but no phone call.. Ive called since yesterday & line staying busy...I really need to know this information so ik how to get him back & fourth..I don't have no ride and I just moved up here..so I really need this information asap

Tomorrow is school and there's no one to answer the phones about bus routes. Unprofessional.
