I called this company 4 times in the last month for an estimate and never had a return phone call. The female taking the calls took my number down on 3 of the calls. Poor response, not business oriented!!

I used this company to install a privacy fence. Excellent prices (were cheaper than 3 other well known fence contractors), excellent customer service (quick to respond to concerns and phones messages). They set their posts 2 feet in the ground, where most other companies only set them 18 inches. Very strong, solid construction. Loved them so much I used them again at my new house. Super friendly and curteous. Even when job was done they walked the fence with me and made sure everything was to my liking before accepting payment.

Very poor customer service...

I made several attempts at contacting the owner in regards to an estimate prepared on the property I purchased. The initial estimate was requested by the seller; however, I am the person/buyer who would pay the bill for installation of the fencing. Basically, I need to see this estimate prior to moving forward with the installation of fencing. But on the other hand, Creative Containment secretary was very unprofessional. She was discourteous in answering every phone call I made to that company. I have at this instant started searching elsewhere for another fencing company. I can’t see having to pay 12,000 dollars for the installation of fencing and having to deal with an impolite secretary each and every time a problem develops or I have unanswered questions.
