Well, I called them to help fix a problem I had and after the job was done, thats all i wanted but the guy wanted me to sign a contract with them for $37 dollars a month and a sign will be placed on my door anytime the job was done monthly. Initially, I thought it wasn't a good idea since the problem was fixed, but gave in and said okay. First month no show but got billed. I made the payment thinking they'll come later and perform their part of the contract and that didn't happen. Who ever was assigned to my place never showed up and nothing at all was left at the property to signify they perform any job at all. i called them to cancel my contract and told them no one has showed up at my place after the initial job. Well a week later a guy showed up and I asked, if he was the one that was supposed to come and work on the property every month, he said no and told me that guy has been fired from the company. I narrated my problem to him and told him to inform his Supervisor about it. I then paid him the $37 after he performed his job. The following month I got a call from their Huntsville Alabama office telling me I owe them $297.85 and my contract has been cancelled. I was surprised because I thought when I spoke to their representative on earlier about my disgust on their service and cancellation, it was done, but guess it wasn't and they kept billing me. To make long story short, they've taking my account for collection with a company called "ACSI". My thoughts: anyone (first time) who want to be involved with COOk's Pest Control in the Huntsville Alabama area must rethink about it. I felt duped and still feel cheated and robbed. It's that bad.
