In my opinion, this company needs to work on their professionalism and explaining policies. Due to them not explaining to me how their schedules work or how their "no-show" policy works, my Landlord charged me $160.

I've been talking with them and its gotten no where. Be careful when you work with these people and ask them for their terms before committing.
